    US car parts maker Johnson Controls will invest $20 million in the construction of a new factory in Strumica for the production of car seat covers and upholstery.

    Johnson Controls’ Global Director, Willy Van-Looy, and Viktor Mizo, CEO of the Free Zones Authotity, signed an agreement on the new investment.

  • Belgium’s Van Hool to Invest €10 Million in Macedonia, and Create 400 Additional Jobs


    Belgian bus manufacturer Van Hool willinvest an additional €15 million in the next four years in its Skopje plant and create 400 jobs.

    Viktor Mizo, CEO of the Free Zones Authority, and Filip Van Hool,CEO of the Belgian company,signed an agreement in realization of the new investment project.

  • Germany’s Accomplast Builds a Factory in Prilep


    German company Accomplast launched construction of a new plant in the Prilep free zone.

    Accomplast is investing €3 million in the plant for plastic injection moulding of car parts, for comapniessuch as Daimler, BMW, Audi, Bentley and Jaguar. The project is expected to open 250 jobs.
